Project Description:
Home/pool was a foreclosure property which sat empty for 6
months or more. The pool was empty and the existing liner was
falling apart. The deck had settling major settling issues.
The original fiberglass steps were blistered.
Blue Haven Pools of Mobile, AL made the following
improvements:
- Removed the existing deck
- Added a retaining wall
- Added a gunite spill-over spa
- Veneered the existing steps with Tennesssee Crabapple Orchard
flagstone
- Added Pavestone coping and pavers
- Added the Rico 4-piece ledger with lift kit
- Added the SR Smith Turbo-twister slide
- Added 3 Fiberstar PAL LED lights
- Added the Totally Hayward filtration system---a 2-speed
Tri-star pump; 450 SF Cartridge filter, 400,000 BTU natural
gas heater, 40,000 Salt-water generator, P series automation, a
Phantom cleaner and booster, and an additional .75 hp Tri-star
pump for waterfall and slide
- Upgraded all plumbing to 2" schedule 40
- And last but not least, replaced the existing liner with a new
Tara vinyl liner
